3.The Requirement for Using
(1).The long-time working temperature of conductor of PVC insulated cable is 70℃.
The long-time working temperature of conductor of XLPE insulated cable is 90℃.
(2).The temperature for laying the cables can not be lower than 0℃,Permissible curved radius(r)
Unarmoured cable:r≥6D;(D:outer diameter of the cable)
armoured or copper-tape screened cable;r≥12D;
shieldedflexible cable:r≥6D;
1.Brief introduction for PVC insulated & sheathed control cable
PVC insulated and sheathed control cable is suitable for connections of electric equipment in controlling,monitoring loop and circuit protecting at rated voltage up to and including 450/750V(A.C).The product has excellent characteristics not only in electric and mechanical purposes but in chemical corrosion resistance,heat-aging,environmental stress and flame-retardant.The product is simple in structure and convenient to use and could be laid with no restriction of different levels.
Our product of PVC insulated and sheathed control cable can be manufactured according to the Standard GB 9330-88 which is drawn up by reference to IEC 227 and 502 as well as the standards of west germany,America,Japan and U.S.S.R for control cable.We can also design and manufacture special control cable.We can also design and manufacture special control cable according to other standards or requirments of customers.
The properties of flame-retardant control cable are in accordance with the specifications in IEC 332-3. Type ZR-KVV of our control cable has been manufactured with various sizes.Welcome to choose our control cable.

3.Application
(1)Rated voltage Uo/U should be 450/750V
Uo-valid value of the voltage between main insulated conducotr and earthing(metal shield metal sheath or environment dielectric).
U-Valid value of voltage between any two phases conductor in multi core cable or single core calbe system.
When AC system is applied,the rated voltage of cable should be at least equal to the nominal voltage of the system when DC system is applied,the nominal voltage of this system should not be more than the rated voltage of the system by 1.5 times.
The operating voltage of system should not be more than the rated voltage of the system by 1.1 than the rated voltage of the system by 1.5 times.
(2)The permitted long-term operating temperature of cable conductor should be 70℃.
(3)The installing temperature of cable should not be less than 0℃,Recommending permitted bending radius:
Nonarmoured cable:not less than the overall diameter of cable by 6 times.
Armoured or copper tape shielded cable not less than the overall diameter of cable by 12 times.
Shielded flexible cable:not less than the overall diameter of cable by 6 times.
4.Delivery length
The ength of one coll should be 100M and not less tahn 100M on a drum allow to delivery length according to the agreement made by two sides.
The tolerance of delivery length should not more than ±5%.
5.Distinguish of insulated core and arrange drawing:
(1)Colour distinguish:
colours distinguish for the insulated core of 5 cores and below.
(2)Digits distinguish:
For the cable distinguished by digits,the colours of insulation and digits marks should be different distinctly so that it is easy to separate the cores in installing.The colour of insulation should be black,white,yellow,corresponding digits colour is white,black(blue),black(blue)etc.
